Tim has flown too close to the sun. He had an inappropriate relationship with a staff member, he refrains from addressing the accusations. It tells us a lot about who he is. Next he gets an awesome guest, dosn't do the foundational work, and blows it. His maladaptive personality traits are getting the better of him. It shows, I think Adam may he set him off more than he realizes.
