I connected with a few friends from back then. I guess they had some problems and next thing I knew she was asking to come out here. Of course I denied and made the huge mistake of telling who I thought was my friend about it. I guess I fucked up somehow, now neither one will connect with me.

Find a "low maintenance" friend. Only actual friend I kept around from back in the day is low maint.

I don't need to see him, he doesn't need to see me. Haven't seen in person since 2019, but we used to hang out daily when we were young.

Pretty much stay in contact through jokes and one-upsmanship. And car videos. About once a week.
