Flint and steel, fire sticks, fire piston (using char cloth which can be made at home). There are options available. Will you have wood to burn? If you need to drive somewhere in your truck and cut it up with a petrol chainsaw, you might have a hard time. If the shit hits the fan you'll have far fewer options than you thought. But being a little prepared will be a lot better than being totally unprepared.
