This is too deliberate to be a "snapped, went berserk and killed everything in sight" sort of thing. There seems to have been covert action on the part of the killer(s). I believe there were more than one, and this nonsense about them being killed in their sleep is wrong. I think they were held hostage and then stabbed. Think about the work that would go into stabbing 4 men to death in the same small building, without disturbing any of them from their sleep- alcohol or not. I've seen enough stabbing videos- it's loud. It's ugly. It takes a long time to die from being slashed and stabbed, even if your throat's cut you're going to be agonal breathing for a few minutes before finally expiring. Planning went into this. A berserk lunatic would also not bother to try and conceal anything, so they'd have already found him by following the trail of bloody footprints and listening for the ravings of a madman. It's also very efficient. 4 men, 4 deaths- I suspect the killer has experience in either murder or perhaps hunting, if he was alone. Niggers could've done it, for sure... but there's so many details withheld, we won't know until they tell us....
