Sounds like a winning combo. How wet/ mayo-heavy is the slaw tho?
I always go light on dressing and just let the freshness of the food speak for itself when it comes to coleslaw
Try a good vinegar based slaw. You’ll never go back to the mayo slop roulette ever again.
I do like the occasional cream slaw, but I’ve been using carolina style vinegar for my slaw. Just a touch, real sugary
