After a year on Keto I did a blood test and my cholesterol was raised. I was fit and healthy so the Dr was alarmed by the results and asked me about my diet. After I told her about all the bacon, eggs and butter in coffee she nearly had a panic attack and told me I need to change my diet immediately. I just told her that 95% of Bolshevik Central Government was jewish and cartwheeled out of the office.

Kek. Since I've started eggs at this rate I've been routinely breaking plateaus at the gym. Not by some huge amount that would be absurd, but adding 5 pounds and 2 reps per session etc.

Yes, eggs are great for that. I stopped using protein powders years ago, just scramble about 6+ whole eggs and some ham for post workout. It's real food and keeps you full for a lot longer. I also noticed my joints are a lot more flexible when eating loads of eggs.

That might be the sulfur in the eggs. Some old people take sulfur tablets to help with arthritis. Their doctors probably told them to not eat eggs.

Bone broth is where it’s at. We make our own from animals we butcher. Has to be fresh. Can it after simmering for 2-3’ days. Within weeks the joints don’t hurt.
