Alcohol is a poison that makes your mind weak. You should be eating a high protein diet and training, not poisoning away your mind.
This would require them to exercise self-control over their own lives for their betterment. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for that to happen.
I do both. I train 3-5 days a week been doing it for years , eat high protein low carb moderate fat , I also drink 3 light beers and a nip of Skrewball almost every night.
I'm cutting back tho , no more drinking Mon -Fri.
