Met a few of blacks like that while working at all kinds of places. Sometime even learned a thing or two from them. Was in the end disappointed by each and singe one of them. They were just good at copying White behavior in order to fit in and advance in their career. One of them who I had a good opinion about almost physically attacked my female collogue over a simple and minor inconvenience that would take him less than 10 min to sort out, I even had to intervene and explain to him what would happen if he didn't ape it down a notch. I will never make a mistake of relaxing around blacks again, and neither should you. Sure, you can work with them, banter and all that, but always expect that things could go from 0 to 100 in a second, or that they might take offense at some stupid shit (nigger fragility).
