You didnt live thru the good times, the seventys rocked. We really didnt give a shit about anything and could just do whatever we wanted. Even the cops were so much more understanding. Those times will never be here again. I think Im pretty set for whatever is gonna happen till I die anyway. I understand what it would take for everyone who wakes up to do anything. I dont believe that will ever happen. Remember Waco.

I remember the 80s. The 80s was fucking RADICAL. Computers were the size of a room. TV had knobs and cars had spools of magnetic tape shoved in this machine on the dash to play bands like RATT and WHITESNAKE. Nearly none of the women were fat. Terrible hair but not fat. There were libraries... Fucking rad as fuck... Lol.

Nearly none of the women were fat.

Yea and they didn't have tattoos, pink hair, dyke hair cuts, torn jeans, spike collars, flip flops and so on. They drank real cocktails, they knew they were women, they knew men were men... good times!

No shit, so true. Don't forget iron maiden, scorpions, metallica, megadeth, Anthrax, us festivals... 1983 was the best year ever.

Yeah, I liked the 80's also. Good times.

You are merely remembering a time before Humanity became enslaved to the instant access to information, and found new Religion in the electric jew and it's constant dopamine bombardment.

The women were way hotter then.

And all wanted a man.

The 80s we're the best, Rock was as common as denim, classic cars were everywhere, and a shotgun rack was on the back window of almost every pickup truck. Movies and TV we're amazing.

I missed the 80s, but I almost exclusively listen to 80s music today.

Wasn't that a time of stagflation? I'm sure we'll get those times back.

It was and it was horrible. But the homos stayed hidden in their dens of debauchery and neegroes were busy on soul train and disco dancing. You could buy a handful of seconal for a buck and a "lid" of pot was $15. WWF wrestling on at 12 p.m and pinball machines were the rage.

it was the best of times, we had all those sweet 60's cars.

I agree with .

>It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.

Sure was along with gas shortages, 55mph speed limits, and increasingly absurd EPA standards. Really bad music like disco and tons of substance abuse.

We are in the middle of a repeat because right now it sure looks lot like the 70s. Those who were drugged and drunk the whole time loved it though...

All that spray painted, leaded gas line, littered highway, polyester debauchery was balanced out by Physical Graffiti spinning round and round again and again on my turntable beneath Farah's poster as Burt Reynolds bandited his way to burnt rubber celluloid glory and Steve Austin inspired me to run everywhere in slow motion with a mouth full of purple Bubble Yum.

That 78 Pontiac with 455 cubes and 155 hp .. the screaming chicken on the hood of a 78 can't be beat in the looks department though...

The Carter years, yes. The previous years were vietnam war and the spread of communism.

I agree about the 70's. My teens were a blast, so free, small tourist area, summers full of babes, dirt bikes and fast cars. One thing that was different, you mouthed off you had to defend yourself and there was a lot of fist fights without anyone getting stabbed or beaten to death by twelve niggers.

[–] 1 pt

you're correct. take me back there please?

>the seventys rocked.

The sixties were even better, and the fifties were the best of all.

I agree. In the late 70s early 80s it was great to be a teenager. You could buy wicked muscle cars cheap., I had MoPars , an AMX , Oldsmobiles, Buicks , Chevy's etc. cheap ! No sail foams, no constant supervision. Freedom man , great while it lasted.

[–] 1 pt

I had 68 AMX with 390, most dont even know what it is.

[–] 1 pt

Mine had the 390 too That car was a blast !

Thanks Boomer! This is exactly why we're in the situation we're in today. Boomers and Gen-X squandered our society for feel-goods and saving the african children.

[–] 1 pt

I totally agree. Growing up in the 90's was fun, sure. But the boomers never stopped caring about themselves, throwing their children, the economy, and our culture to the wolves.

Peak selfishness. The sad part is, they could have had that great experience and paid it forward, but nope. Now we have drag kids, mumble rap, shit schools, forced "diversity", poison food, and prius's (pri'i?). Really great job they did....
