Of the few times that I've used uber eats due to being on site and not being able to leave, one thing always stayed the same. The food was as cold as could be when it was finally delivered, and was always overpriced to the point where I could have gotten two orders for less if I had gotten it myself. Half of the time there was an item outright missing which could have been either the restaurant's fault or the driver's in that they forgot about it or skimmed something off the order. The big thing that I found in my last order ever from them was a cigarette butt in my sprite, and then being told by some obvious diversity hire in customer support that they weren't going to do anything to resolve the issue.
