Luckily I havent run across that. I guess it would depend on cost. There is no ups store near me so I have to factor in a one way 45 minute drive.

Most reputable sellers will provide a return label if required (USPS, ups, FedEx) and if a call is placed, they'll pick it up at your house while on their normal route.

I had solar panels broken in shipping twice in a row and got refunds

I got a refund today from amazon, but I didnt have to return anything. I dont think ups or fedex picks up out here without a commercial account. And usps wont drive all the way here.
