It's quite infuriating that this is where we are. If anyone is watching this trial currently they know what I speak of. It's very clear he's gotten coaching outside the courtroom. Very clear. I don't think the Judge is at fault here though, I can't fault her on what's happened as this nigger is quite literally impossible to handle and the situation even more so.

I've been listening to the closing arguments. Judge is being very careful to ensure that there is no possibility of the verdict being overturned on appeal, hence the very lenient treatment. He came exceedingly close to being denied a closing argument when he mentioned jury nullification in the presence of the jury and argued with the judge (with the jury absent).

His closing argument probably made the jury more pissed at him, and the prosecution's rebuttal was short but effective.

The judge is still (I'm ~15min behind) reading the jury instructions (the verdict forms). I would predict a jury verdict of guilty on all counts by lunch time tomorrow. Members of the jury were heard crying during the prosecution's closing arguments when they showed the videos, and Brooks basically argued the "God did it" defense, that did NOT play well. Unless there is an activist juror, the verdict will take as long as it takes them to fill out the 70+ verdict forms.

I agree. I personally think she's doing very well with what can possibly be done, she's in a difficult corner. But this nigger just prattles off words he doesn't understand because wypipo say them and sound good.
