After much back and forth calling, I was finally able to get an appointment. I get there early because it's been three years, there's going to be insurance and paperwork and stuff to take care of. Door is locked, and you can't get in. So I pound on the door, some little shit comes to answer it and asks me what I want. I'm here for my appointment. Do you have phone with you? No, you don't have a number from me and I don't take incoming calls from anyone. Took her a minute to process that then she said "You have to wait in your car and we'll wave you in when we're ready." Ok, my car is on the other side of the building. So I wander around the lot for a minute and say fuck it, I have better things to do with my time and left. If you're going to be afraid of a cold, then go right ahead. I'm done with that shit and I'm sure there are others who will take my money. Looks like I have to find someone new, these glasses are going on 5 and it's starting to get to the point where they're useless.
