My mom had rental properties years ago. 2 bedroom houses in middle class neighborhoods in Florida. She had a young white couple do a midnight move on her once. They were paid up so it was unusual. She asked me to go over and mow the grass which had gotten a foot tall by then. Im over there mowing the lawn and 4 sheriffs cars come screeching up. Out jump Deputies with guns drawn. Dont ya know it? It was THE ONE TIME I left the house without my wallet! Luckily I had memorized my DL#. Whew! Apparently the tenant had some warrants that were for more than some misdemeanors. Of course I didnt act like a nigger so I made it out of that situation just fine.
