Unless youre a nigger bitch. When I got out of the military I took a civil service test for the City of Clearwater Fl. It was for Property Clerk. The test was 90% basic math. I was in a room with 50 other people. They allowed 4 hours for the test. I finished in about two hours and thought I must have missed a section. I went back and checked every answer. I turned in my test. First person finished. A week later I got my score in the mail. With 5 veterans points my score was 103! I figured I was a lock for the position. For sure no one else scored over 100!? Another week goes by and I havent heard from the city. I call them to ask when I can come in for an interview? The guy on the phone was rude as hell and told me 'dont call us! We'll call you!'. Needless to say I never heard from them. Too smart? Too white?

This isn't talked about enough- why are nigger women basically the entirety of the government's low level workforce? Why are there so many of them in middle management as well? They're everywhere in places they clearly don't belong, where they are clearly unqualified.

Go to any DMV, 95% chance you're dealing with a negress. Postal Service hires them by the fucking batch. In the military, they tend to end up in similar MOS as to the jobs the government gives them as civilians. I don't understand how many of them pass drug tests. Nigger females are exceptionally in-group focused, so they hire other niggers when they get their HR position at the post office or w/e.

Exactly. I used to work at a warehouse. Nothing but men on day shift and night shift. The company pissed off the HR lady and ran her off. Suddenly we have a nigger bitch. Then we have meetings where we have to watch diversity videos.

They hire a female nigger to night shift. She makes it 3 months before it gets injured (color me shocked). They pawn it off on me (I was the day shift manager). They tell me to train it to use the computer. I went and got my CDL instead and never looked back.

Just recently found out the company has been bought out by a larger company. That place was a family owned company that was only on its 2nd generation.

CDL is a great thing to have, gives you a lot of options. I work in logistics, which is also a very marketable skill... but having a CDL nowadays, you can basically get away with murder. Everyone needs drivers that are just competent enough to get from A to B mostly intact. One of my guys screamed at a nigger (he had a job where he had to go make a pickup in NYC, we don't live there, those trips suck), the nigger reported him to corporate....

And he got written up. That's all. Literally would've been instantly fired if he wasn't one of our best CDL-A drivers who puts in 70ish hours a week.

I had the same experience with the fire department when I got out of the military. Scored over 100% plus vet points... no call.

Once when I was in a similar situation where I didn’t get the great job I applied for, my jackass uncle finally said something helpful to me that I am reminded of now; He said look at this way, when one door closes, another door opens which could lead to even better things. Turned out the asshole was right. A short time later, I got an excellent job that I thought was not an option, it was a life changing event.

The position I have now is kind of like that, but this one has kind of exhausted it's potential. I'm not worried, and I was kind of understanding that it was going to be difficult to get that one anyway.

A friend of mine who has been applying for all kinds of crap inspired me. If I don't at least submit stuff, no one is going to call me.

LOL'ing here after reading all the responses. I'm officially 100% "disabled", Vietnam Veteran, wheel chair after VC got me once too many times (L-3 Lumbar Vertebrae and an AK-47 round for my 2d PH). Anyway, when the Census Bureau was hiring, on a lark, I applied for one of their "Information Management" positions (I'm a Certified Linux Systems manager, etc., yada yad yada). I made sure my application indicated my Disabled Combat Veteran status. I got called in for an interview a few weeks later and rolled into the room with --- you guessed it --- a landwhale sheboon who was the "HR interview person".

I answered all of her silly questions appropriately and politely, even though I was hoping my colostomy bag was full so I could drop it on her desk. Long story short, I got a job for a 12 week period at a local Census Bureau Processing Center. My job? I was supposed to review the results of the on-line examinations which the novice census employees were taking to achieve competence at their jobs. "IT Management" indeed. Then I got my first paycheck.

Would you believe that although the job supposedly paid $32 per hour, my net check was $9.86 per hour; deductions included taxes, more taxes, insurance, and American Federal of Government Employees Union dues.. I rolled into the Sheeboon's office and axed it what be up wid dat? It told me that "I ain't doing dat money thing, you done gotsta fill out a pay dispute form." I axed about the Union thing and it tole me dat everbody done be in de union here in dis office.

After that 2-week period I never came back, sent the head nigger an email and told him/her/zer/zim/they that I had the Covid.

Never heard another thing after that.

I'm thinking, maybe, now just maybe, they checked MY census form which I mailed in and indicated my race in the "Other" line as Aryan.

You should try getting an offer at another place. Even if it's not a paradigm shift for your career. It might be a good time to test if your current employer is willing to part ways with you or if they come to the table. You mentioned in another comment in here that you didnt really see a path to advance at your current job. Another offer might make your current place open up some avenues for you. I took an offer for another job on Friday last week. My direct boss didn't even counter offer. By Tuesday this week several of the teams I do work for came forward and said i was too valuable to part with. Today upper management pulled me into a meeting and beat the offer which was not small ( roughly 4k a month raise after taxes) and made me technical lead on a new team that will be put together that I will oversee the technical side of. I've been at my current employer for 6 years and watched management change almost yearly for my sub organization. I believe in the product but the rapid shifts in management caused them to lose track of all the stuff i was doing. Now i just have to write an offer residence letter to the place that was courting me which is imo tough to do just because I've got a friend who vouched for me there and i feel like im putting him in a lurch.

There have been people that have tried what you said here, that of negotiating a better offer. The company is pretty clear-cut, they don't do that. The only person I know of that did manage to get a better offer was being criminally underpaid already, but he said the offer couldn't beat the offer+benefits at his new job. (He was making $17 for a job that should have been paying $25-27)

They aren't going to counter, so my best bet is to just move on.

An hr friend of mine told me that I should never accept a counter offer.

Typically businesses have a fund they use to pay the counter offer for that year. When the next fiscal year starts that extra salary expense is transferred to your local department. At which point you are probably one of the highest salaries in your group. And will be the first head on the chopping block. You will now be seen as disloyal and overpaid. May even be labeled and monitored as an insider threat.

Not something I want to mess with.

I've got some other opportunities panning out here in a few months anyway if they want to go that route. I've been trying to train my replacement for 4 years and haven't found anyone who could actually accomplish the task yet, It's not hard to be indispensable when everyone is just copying what the other guy is doing. The thing with them is they absolutely need someone with a plan and they have no one really capable of coming up with one. So far ive been the only one successful at putting a dent in some of the messes that got created over the years mostly through neglect and people not knowing any better.
