As far as blacks go, they basically never left South Africa until whites, Jews (and Arabs) took them out. They bred with what is known as a ghost hominid as we can confirm by genetics but can't find anything in the fossil record which correlates. That hominid is considered primitive man (example, homo erectus), not modern man like Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal. The ghost genetics is a bit closer to ape than it is to modern man. Which is pretty obvious when looking at blacks and apes. IIRC (don't hold me to it), that's about 30% of their genetics. The rest of their genetics comes from "modern man" (hominid) and as explained next, modern man.
But because of slavery there has been more modern interbreeding. Historically, someone would pop a nut into a black chick and did them a favor with the genetics. This required no obligation to whites. Generally speaking, most black women were happy to have a white man's baby. As they were going to have somone's baby because of indiscriminate breeding, it might as well include a genetic boost.
Of course, once Jews brought them here, they conducted eugenics programs of their own, including breeding with them and offering to fuck their black slaves as benefits and endearment to friends, neighbors, and business associates. As before, with no strings attached. In fact, if they became pregnant that's why the baby was given away, traded, or sold. So the whites didn't have to see the resulting hybrid.

I remember reading a book a while back about Neanderthals and Nineveh and it is interesting as it does seem Neanderthals did bury their dead in a ceremonial fashion, played instruments, wore make up and jewelry and even made really complex birchwood glue. It's like you said it's not that black and White. The more you learn the more questions you have at least in my experience. Many African Americans do have European or jewish genetics like you mentioned and like you mentioned the black women many times were often happy and taken care of though at a distance due to it being so taboo. Like the fed nigger statistics point out White men rape nigger bitches at such a low frequency it is at 0%. Though marxist will make Whites now and of the past the worst imaginable.
