The truth of it, it's purposely hard for any one person to get the entire picture of what's actually happened. But the general depiction with broad strokes is fairly constant throughout history. As far as blacks go, they basically never left South Africa until whites, Jews (and Arabs) took them out. They bred with what is known as a ghost hominid as we can confirm by genetics but can't find anything in the fossil record which correlates. As they were going to have somone's baby because of indiscriminate breeding, it might as well include a genetic boost.
