The genuinely unfortunate part is that if you plan on growing your business to any kind of size that warrants absentee-ownerism, you must have at least a couple niggers working for you if you want to avoid a confrontation with the eeoc.
I’m all for standing up for principles but when an organization has the authority to wipe your corporation off the face of the planet, it doesn’t do any good to break the rules that remove 100% of your ability to stand up to anything else
Yeah, if your business gets to a certain size you will probably need a few niggers in there, but hopefullly, you can get the kind that have their "around white people" act going. I have seen some niggers that actually work and some white workers that were shitty.
