We don't even need to know who the top of the top are in order to be effective. We have the (((names))) of those with public identities who run (((banks))), (((media))), (((corporations))), (((government))) and (((just about everything else))). Take them out and it won't matter who the top are because they will lose their puppet hands. It would either force them to act visibly and risk their own lives or to stay hidden but ineffective without puppets to control. Either way we can fill the vacuum left by those whose (((heads))) roll and make sure we keep (((them))) out. It would be good to make sure the roots are neutralized to prevent a future return, but we can deliver a crippling blow just by removing the (((names))) we already know.
