It’s a great time for it right now. Everyone needs people bad. I got a wild hair up may ass one night and applied to a bunch of jobs on indeed that were huge upgrades. I got interviews with a lot of them and job offers on almost everything I interviewed for.

This one seems to base it's selection criteria on past performance, there are specific requirements as to education and what you've done. So...if it is, and you get it, then you were the best man for the job. Never going to be mad someone knows more/has done more than me, just makes me go "I need to do that too!"
