It's worse in Asia. In Singapore they had to go so far as to put cameras on the elevators and water sensing electronics in the floors with fines to get the old school Chinese to stop pissing in the elevators. One of the engineers there went to China for a month long vacation, brought her pictures to work. In one shot, an old Chinese guy was on the sandy riverbank/beach squatting right out in open view, taking a shit 40ft away from people!
