Acknowledge your sins. Have an open dialogue. Be honest and ask for forgiveness.
Be honest with yourself most importantly.
This doesn't need to be in a Church.
This doesn't need to be with a priest, nuns, or clergy member's guidance.
This only needs yourself and an honest discussion with the Lord.
Open your heart. This is the only must there is. For the barrier which we all protect ourselves, our hearts with is the sole barrier the Lord cannot cross on his own regard. He needs you to welcome him in. That's all. Open yourself, admit your sins and ask for forgiveness and let it be yours.
