I would like to stop drinking. And start working out again( dont get me wrong I could still kick all yalls untrained asses). I dont go out and drink, I dont drink with friends. But its my favorite thing to do. I dont really see anything to replace it. I slowed down alot and remembered why beer never got me fucked up and wtf how expensive it is now.

Anyway no fuckin 12'ers but when there is really nothing to change in your life how do you change?

You don't have to stop drinking, just reduce how much you drink.

I keep myself in check by drinking only high quality expensive liquor, so you would have to ration it and not drink half a bottle at the time. I used this method to reduce how much I smoked and it got me to quit cigarettes all together about 10 years ago. I do miss it sometimes, even after all these years.

I've been training my whole life, so if you are not sure how to get back to working out I'm here if you need any advice or want to design a workout plan.
