I usually get between 120-160g per day. So it's a good amount. Almost 1g per lb.

Fat and carbs then. Doing a light keto?

Carbs under 200g, usually around 150-180g, fat similar to protein, maybe a bit more.

Weird. Well doing a search says greasy oily food cravings could be related to a calcium deficiency.
