Carbs under 200g, usually around 150-180g, fat similar to protein, maybe a bit more.
Weird. Well doing a search says greasy oily food cravings could be related to a calcium deficiency.
I just like the crunchy taste of the skin. Like the crackling of a pork roast.
Fat is actually less than my protein intake. Around 80-110g.
