My local Tim Hortons is severely under staffed and is struggling to find employees. Over the past few weeks a lot of their employees quit for what seems like no good reason.

They were so desperate they hosted a job fair, and managed to find some workers.

All of these workers are East Indian. White people do not want to do these lower paying jobs anymore. However, the immigrants are willing to do them because it still means being better off than in their countries.

I’m not sure if this is by design; create a society of dependant capitalists consumers who use products that are facilitated by minimum wage employees. Destroy all other decent paying small businesses so that industries are monopolized by foreign labor.

It really makes me think.

Tim Hortons used to lead to becoming a baker, a recognised trade. The job no longer leads to anywhere and workers are capped at 25 bours per week to prevent them from qualifying for benefits. TH uses the lack of Canadian interest to justify using the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and then docks flights, housing, and benefits that are not covered by the federal government from the minimum wage earner, turning them into indentured servants, knowing they will put up with it because they can qualify for citizenship after 3 years. Don't think it's because Canadians are too lazy or proud, the system is designed to exploit and the only ones willing to be exploited are those who aren't citizens.
