My local Tim Hortons is severely under staffed and is struggling to find employees. Over the past few weeks a lot of their employees quit for what seems like no good reason.

They were so desperate they hosted a job fair, and managed to find some workers.

All of these workers are East Indian. White people do not want to do these lower paying jobs anymore. However, the immigrants are willing to do them because it still means being better off than in their countries.

I’m not sure if this is by design; create a society of dependant capitalists consumers who use products that are facilitated by minimum wage employees. Destroy all other decent paying small businesses so that industries are monopolized by foreign labor.

It really makes me think.

You think like a jew. The jew fears capitalism. The White man thrives in capitalism. Economic freedom soars in capitalism. What you're writing about and experiencing is communism. Those dotniggers are here on the taxpayers' (Whites') dime. They're traveled here by the Federal Government and (((501.3c))) jewGOs locate them and get (((tax breaks))) for corporations. Whites do work, do apply and do try but aren't hired not because of "muh low wages" but because... they aren't hired as they will cost the company more money as the government stipends for (((diverse workforce green card))) employees won't be there.
