You don't have to be weak when you're old. I watched a video of a 70 year old guy doing muscle-ups. I literally cannot do that as a much younger man, and I used to box. But this 70 year old exercised every day, and always ate clean. If you want to be strong when you're old, you have to do the work, and put away the junk food.
I work out , in very good shape for my age , but that's no guarantee. Things can still happen
