It's an "experts" site / political predictor where people who predict things the most often get to have the most weight.
So how it works is you create accounts then people / moderators post political ideas to "predict" on. After time, a few or so etc people who made predictions on those 'ideas' will start to have credit on whether their predictions actually come true or not. Eventually, we will start having people who make near %100 predictions. And we will be able to then take their new predictions at face value.
Soon eventually it would take over "media"'s source as a location for prediction tracking, and eventually media would just die.
