Hating only hurts yourself. You can be aware of things without allowing it to cause you stress. Race realism is the way. It is beneficial and uplifting.

racism does not mean being supremacist. you can love your race without putting all others down, I agree. but never hesitate to defend yourself and your people.

It's antiwhites the problem and yes there are entire neighborhoods now, non white local "communities", that are 1000% antiwhite

If the vast majority of blacks in america for instance, were/behaved like that https://youtu.be/JY3N_wf28UI?t=742 they certainly wouldn't be as much of a problem for everybody including themselves, as they are today...

It's like that, you have to go with what you have, consider the reality on the ground, and hedge accordingly

If there's one objective worth pursuing in life, it's tranquility

I don't care much either way, I'm going forward w/ only hope in my heart.

That's already that, I guess

Put yourself, your family and your people first. All else will follow. Find God.

There is no hatred involved in being aware of racial differences. Those differences are realities. They can't be changed by wishing, or hating, or loving, they can only be lied about and covered up. It is always a good thing to know reality. Nothing good ever come in the long run from living a fantasy, which is what liberals are doing today.

Do you have a purpose for moving forward? Without that the depression trap is tough to stay out of.
