How Republicans can win: ONLY RUN ONE CANDIDATE AND HEAVILY ADVERTISE TO YOUR BASE NOT TO RANK VOTE FURTHER. ONE BALLOT ONE CHOICE. Then get in the legislature and change the drop box and rank voting back to normal voting.

With Rs voting only one, and dems splitting their vote among two or more dem candidates, then Rs win. Divide and conquer.

Rank voting exists primarily for bases to punish their parties and the party's 'lack of direction' (strategic floundering so they dont have to explain they're actually a uniparty fucking everyone).

Ranked choice voting exists to stick a finger right into the eye of false representatives.

How is what you are proposing different from "we have to vote for the party nominees, the 'lesser of two evils' otherwise the otherside wins"?

The lesser of 2 evils is someone who is conservative and has a couple other things you don't like but can live with and work against. The greater evil is someone who is taking away your freedom and you can't work against them. Vote R. At least you still have a fighting chance.
