AHAHAHAHAHA that's rich. A prenup can and will be challenged and you can almost guarantee that your lawyer will advise that you to capitulate because the cost of fighting will beggar you. The lawyer defending your soon to be ex-spouse is in it for 30-40% of the settlement and they are not only very motivated but they can afford to play the long game, stretching it out over years. They literally have nothing to lose except their time. You OTOH stand to lose everything.
Find a lawyer who's well versed in these matters and get his advice on how to keep your assets out of the communal bed, to minimize what they can go after in the advent that it all goes to shit.
The courts and social services system is stacked against men. You will not win if you go to war unless you prepare well in advance. But a prenup is weak cheese at best.
