I changed veterinarians because if this garbage. I couldn't be in the room with them during the exam, they wanted me to be masked, and they the receptionist tried to refuse me service because I refused to have my kitten vaccinated. Found a vet that has been absolutely wonderful. Actually diagnosed and helped one of my cats that the old vet said was impossible to help (turns out she has inflammatory bowel disease), has never once mentioned vaccines, no masks, no hand sanitizer, no bullshit and less than half the price.
