So many years of reading about the rapey, stab happy, and in general, violent invaders in the EU and N.A. makes me think these invaders are taking advantage of justice systems created for civilized societies. If we punished them under the laws of their home countries, it would still be a single-tiered justice system, as they are still citizens of their country of origin. A little hand chopping, castration, beheading, stoning, hanging, or even a good ole flogging might encourage them to act a bit more courteous to those they've chosen to try and live amongst.
