So many years of reading about the rapey, stab happy, and in general, violent invaders in the EU and N.A. makes me think these invaders are taking advantage of justice systems created for civilized societies. If we punished them under the laws of their home countries, it would still be a single-tiered justice system, as they are still citizens of their country of origin. A little hand chopping, castration, beheading, stoning, hanging, or even a good ole flogging might encourage them to act a bit more courteous to those they've chosen to try and live amongst.

Prison sentences should be served in their home country.

USA should charge their home country for their incarceration and appointed defense counsel. That would put incentive on home countries to accept their people back to lower the costs.

Illegal (((immigrants))). Why? Call them what they actually are, illegal aliens, or more appropriately, invaders. And they all should be shot wherever they're found.

Illegal aliens should be shot on site no matter what they're doing. They're invaders. Why do we not shoot invaders.

They should be punished by the more severe of the two laws that could apply and if jail is necessary they need to be deported to serve.
