you need to look up what an audit is before you demand one. and the banks do print and distribute the money. no one goes directly to the fed for cash, loan, etc except its member banks. its member banks (the banks) are where you, I, and congress get loans, cash, etc. and they can lend out as much as they want (print digital money, checks, fed notes, etc).
