I got to noticing, around here where I am almost every school has one or more greenhouses. Every single one of them are empty and unused. Yet every one of those "schools" are constantly harassing every parent for mo muney, mo muney! Every time you turn around there's Another letter from school wanting more money! They have the way and the means to make their own damn money but they are to stupid and lazy to Do it! I suspect your "plant a food based seed" idea would have just about the same outcome.
