So basically if the US needed to use nukes in a war scenario and Biden was president, since he cannot even speak properly, he'd just start attempting to say the alphabet or try to count to 10 as everything got destroyed around him and he thought he was in a movie.

So I have no actual knowledge of the football and the launch codes contained but I do know standard military code processors and those dictate that code much change when compromised, regular intervals, or when major personnel changes occur. That being the case, whoop Dee Doo of Trump kept his codes. They would be rendered isles a how change of command at the very latest.
