The word for an article title that does not randomly have words capitalized is "normal". A normal title. Yes, I do read normal-titled articles if it is a topic of interest.

I liken randomly capitalizing a word in an article title as being the equivalent to the thumbnail for a video being some faggot with a soy face/mouth open. I know it isn't worth watching as I know what to expect.
