Demand will go down and prices will too , plus , IT WILL SAVE THE PLANET .
Hire an additional 100 k or more D.O.T. officers. Stiff fines for any driver who goes over his weekly limit.
Checkpoints to " help " citizens stay within limits . Repeat offenders get stiff prison sentences , after all THEY ARE KILLING THE PLANET.
