Antarctic cold would kill 99% of all humans trying to set foot on the place quickly. It's the same reason I laugh when I see these lists about the best states to go to when the shit hits the fan and it's always places like Montana and North Dakota. WAAY too damn many freezing states on those lists as modern Americans are completely addicted to artificial heat sources and have no real comprehension about real weather survival. Just go to southern end of Chile or Argentina. Penguins come up there pretty regularly.
