I can no longer get a job in my industry due to the fact that I am a straight white male The companies in this industry (I am a full stack developer) are now straight up asking for your race, gender, and sexual orientation To test my theory, on one of the applications I put that I was native american. Keep in mind I've submitted about 30 applications. I have 15+ years of experience in this field, and know pretty much every technology there is to know. This was the only company that reached out to me for an interview so far Now my only choice is to start my own business or change fields entirely, which is going to be hard because I'm in my mid 30s. Even with starting my own company though, I looked into it and met up with some people from a payment processor, and one of them also straight up asked me what my race was. I felt like I had to lie just to get approved for that Make no mistake we are being systematically soft genocided from society. This is why white people get desperate and become nazis So I guess i am going to try and start a business next week and use a payment processor that I dont have to meet with. If that doesn't work out I can always just off myself so I dont have to deal with this sick place anymore
