I assume if you can't get that small detail right, you're not going to be able to get the big ones right. These idiots are instant block.

In some regards, they tend to hire for projects and when the project is done, so are you. I've also had people acqui-hired by them, and when the knowledge transfer is complete they're terminated. It's also just they way they work.
