It's on the profile page, the resume loaded on the profile page, and even in the email address I use. Three chances, and they failed. Not even an offshore recruiter, either, this is someone trying to find a high-level engineer for some LargeCo that requires citizenship.

I assume if you can't get that small detail right, you're not going to be able to get the big ones right. These idiots are instant block.

I've work for the same place for 8 years and they still spell my name wrong, I wear a badge with my name on it. I got a birthday card name spelled two different ways from the card to the envelope, both wrong.

I've had that too, it was the result of an owner that only liked his drinking buddies and everyone else was fuck you.
