But it's not heat advisory territory. That's more when you walk outside and get insta-burn.
Actually I could feel my skin burning iin minutes while fishing two weeks ago, and we had a bunch of warnings about not taking your dog for a walk over tarmac and the usual locked car + child/dog incidents
I really don't like hot weather so I don't go out much in the day, I'll go cycling in the evening or something
I know what you mean. My preferred outdoor time is that period from about an hour before twilight to just about dark.
