"Unblock" button in the user profile is highlighted in red. That's an intended behavior.

Or are you talking about something else?

When I click on a user name ( not yours lol) the block button is highlighted in blue.

That's funny because it is grey by default and only turns blue when you mouse-over or tap (mobile) it.

Im on desktop and dont hover it.
