My intentions never come to fruition. I stay up all night and drink all day and feel like shit all week. Its such a sword. I can stop anything if I really want to but the problem is do I really want to? I think I do but evidently not.

Its always 5 oclock somewhere ( ok maybe not really ) But here it is. Plan to get old fuckers, you would think its easier but its not.

Not anymore, did for years and it helps for the rest of your life. I just work hard now. Thats difficult enough.

Workouts make the stress of life easier. You introduce and control the stress which in turn makes everything else easier to bear. No need to go heavy like we did as younger men. Resistance bands, a 35 lb kettlebell, coupla' dumbbells, body weight, yoga/ROM stretching, breath work. Meaningful, functional, focused movement everyday. It has been the physical, mental and spiritual salvation of many a man.

Yeah I still got the bowflex adjustable dumbells and a nordic track orbital stepper thing ( wevrtf you call it ) But they are covered in dust, heh.

60 days of 10-20 minutes of religiously flexing that bow and trekking on that Sven track, man. That's all it'll take to get you back on the road to sustained fighting shape.
