Yep, Im not denying it doesnt pay off sometimes. But Im up way before then, and nothing so pretty here.
Personal question. Do you workout?
Not anymore, did for years and it helps for the rest of your life. I just work hard now. Thats difficult enough.
Workouts make the stress of life easier. You introduce and control the stress which in turn makes everything else easier to bear. No need to go heavy like we did as younger men. Resistance bands, a 35 lb kettlebell, coupla' dumbbells, body weight, yoga/ROM stretching, breath work. Meaningful, functional, focused movement everyday. It has been the physical, mental and spiritual salvation of many a man.
