How about a water softener? Our water is always different because we move around every few months. I just used a tooth pic to clean the little rubber jets/openings. All it did was push all the crap back into the head and now it's clogged again. For sure post your results.

Im on county water now. Its not a lime or calcium thing. I dont think, its alot darker.
