...but I eating just meat wouldn't be great for our digestive system.

False. Also why?

I assume you are on the carnivore diet? I'm interested to hear your experience if it is so.

I was on a keto diet for little more than a year, heavily based on meat, so I decided to just go for it and try going carnivore for about a week. My stool was not as frequent as it should be during that time (of course I was taking electrolytes) and since I introduced leafy greens situation greatly improved.

Only reason I'm not eating like that anymore is that my lifestyle got a lot busier and I don't have time to cook and track every day.

No. Was on Keto, enjoyed it but I was also failing too much because of probably milk and cheese.

Yep, felt great, but really takes a lot of time to manage it all.

Now I often do 16/8 intermitted fasting, and it gets you pretty close to how keto felt.

Milk is shit unless you buy fresh from a farm and almost all cheese is omega 6 oils filler not like it should be.

No kidding, Keto is the diet of our ancestors even in the recent past. Non meat diets are signs of poverty and weakness.
